During the assessment process, we will ask you a series of questions to help identify the ideal caregiver for your loved one based on your preferences. While we use your answers to select the best possible candidate, ultimately, you have the final say in deciding who cares for your loved one. We take every necessary step to ensure that you are satisfied with the caregiver that we provide.

Our staff is carefully chosen, undergoing a rigorous selection process that includes interviews, criminal background checks, Social Security screenings, fingerprinting, DMV record checks, and personal and professional reference checks.

Community Based Support

Kings Alliance LLC believes that people with developmental disabilities in Pennsylvania should have the same opportunities as everyone else to be active members of their communities. To that end, we offer a range of home and community-based services to help individuals with developmental disabilities achieve full community participation. Our Supports Program offers necessary services and support to adults over 21 who are living with their families or in other non-licensed settings.

Career-Planning

Kings Alliance LLC offers a person-centered, comprehensive employment support program that helps participants find, keep, or advance in competitive employment or self-employment. This focused, time-limited service involves guiding the participant in identifying their career path and creating a plan to achieve competitive and integrated employment, paying at least the state’s minimum wage.

Community Inclusion Services

Career-Planning

Kings Alliance LLC works together with each individual to create strategies for their personally-defined outcomes related to the Community Inclusion Services, as specified in the Individual Support Plan (ISP).

Academic Tutoring

Kings Alliance LLC provides customized academic tutoring services in subjects such as Mathematics, English, Science, and Computer Literacy. Our tutors are knowledgeable professionals and educators who offer private lessons to help clients enhance their academic performance, learn study techniques, and acquire occupational skills. They provide constructive feedback, assess the educational needs of each student, and create personalized plans to ensure academic success.

Natural Support Training

Kings Alliance LLC offers training and counseling services to individuals who provide unpaid care, training, supervision, or companionship to participants. These individuals can be anyone, including family members, neighbors, friends, co-workers, etc., who provide care to the participant without compensation.

Respite

Kings Alliance LLC offers respite services to individuals who are unable to care for themselves and require temporary support due to the absence or need for a break of their regular caregiver.

Speech, Hearing & Language Therapy

Kings Alliance LLC has licensed speech therapists who provide individual or group therapy sessions for participants who need speech, language, or hearing therapy. Group sessions are limited to one therapist and a maximum of five participants.

Supported Employment

Kings Alliance LLC provides services to assist individuals in obtaining and maintaining a competitive or customized employment or self-employment job in an integrated work setting in the general workforce. The individuals will receive compensation at or above the minimum wage and at the same level of benefits as their non-disabled peers for the same type of work.

Transportation

We provide transportation to our participants to and from doctor’s appointment, work, school etc.

Interpreter Services

Kings Alliance LLC offers face-to-face services to support individuals in integrating into community activities or employment. These services, including interpreter services, can be provided in the individual’s home or in a community setting. Our interpreter services are provided by individuals who are proficient in both reading and speaking the language of the individual.

Behavioral Support

Kings Alliance LLC offers behavioral support services that include a comprehensive assessment of challenging behaviors, creation of a structured behavior modification plan, implementation of the plan, ongoing training and supervision for caregivers and behavioral aides, and periodic evaluations of the plan’s effectiveness.

Individual Support

Kings Alliance, LLC offers self-care and habilitation support services to individuals in their own home or in certified community settings. Our experienced staff provides assistance and training for individuals to learn and perform basic self-care, social skills, activities of daily living, and behavior shaping, as outlined in their approved Plan of Care.
